down starting with combination reactions with oxygen to demonstrate the
formation of compounds which are completely different from the elements they
form from
•Give and demonstrate other
examples of combination reactions to demonstrate how compounds formed are
completely different from the elements they form from.
•Discuss the signs of reaction
(the four hints that indicate a chemical change)
•And then move on to reaction
with water and acid.
